Terms of Service

The service

Findvice analyzes available product and retailer evidence and provides an informational BUY, WAIT, or AVOID decision. The service is a decision-support tool. It does not sell inventory, complete purchases, or guarantee a price, product, delivery, availability, or outcome.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking the retailer page, exact product variant, total delivered cost, return terms, warranty, and availability before purchasing. Prices and offers can change after an analysis. Retailer terms govern any transaction you make with that retailer.

Permitted use

You may use Findvice for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass access and rate-limit controls.
• Submit malware, stolen credentials, or deceptive product links.
• Scrape, resell, or republish provider data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits.
• Use Findvice to violate retailer, provider, or third-party rights.

Accounts and administration

Where an account is offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Owner and administrative areas are restricted to explicitly approved, verified accounts.

External services and compensation

Findvice relies on external retailers and data providers. Their services may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Findvice may earn affiliate or referral compensation from eligible links, but compensation does not determine recommendation scoring. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Beta availability and changes

Beta features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while Findvice improves reliability, security, and provider coverage. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service. Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new posted version and date.

Disclaimers and limitation

Findvice provides the beta service on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Findvice disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for retailer conduct, external-site content, price changes, unavailable products, or decisions made solely in reliance on an informational recommendation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
